北航平のトレードマークとなっている水のような音色を奏でるアレイムビラをはじめ、抽象画を描くようなピアノ、曇った質感を纏うアナログシンセ、おもちゃのオルゴール、時折聴こえてくる深いベースや不規則で崩れ落ちそうなリズム、古いテープノイズ、フィールドレコーディングによる鳥の声や猫のゴロゴロ音、などが心地良く重なり、暖かく静かで、どこか儚さを感じさせるアンビエント作品となっている。
A quiet and atmospheric ambient world inspired by the work of painter Paul Klee.
All of the music on the album are inspired by the paintings of painter Paul Klee. Kita Kouhei’s trademark ArrayMbira, which plays a tone like water, piano that looks like an abstract painting, analog synth with a cloudy texture, a toy music box, a little deep bass, an irregular and crumbling rhythm, old tape noise, field recordings of birdsong and cats purring sound, etc. are comfortably overlapped, making it a warm and quiet ambient work that gives you a sense of ephemerality.
